Guiding Principles

Work hard, play hard.

To quote the immortal Ferris Bueller, “Life moves pretty fast.” So make the most of everything before the game is over. This means don’t bother doing something unless you give it 100%, don’t let people down, and do your utmost to balance it all with love and laughter.

Do what you say you’ll do.

Red Slice has a lot of experience and expertise to draw from. When we commit to making things happen, we go above and beyond to keep our word. When we don’t know something, we seek to find the answer or the best options for you.

Treat everyone with respect and honesty.

This may seem like a stale platitude, but people in the business world often forget this principle. Every person has value, no matter how little it shows at particular moments. Even the most difficult person is someone’s parent, child, or hero. And yes, karma sucks when you’re on the wrong end of it.

The devil is in the details.

We are Type-A personalities and we see everything, big picture and small. The good news for you is that we’re meticulous. From choosing a Pantone® color that’s a smidge more green to moving that web copy just a touch to the right, we’ve got it covered.

Be prepared.

Whether it’s for a meeting, event or presentation, think three moves ahead, get there early, and be respectful of other people’s time. After all, it’s better to bring your umbrella and enjoy the sunshine than to go without it and get drenched.

With blessings comes responsibility.

Share your good luck with someone down on theirs. Strive to make the world better—from saving the environment to just smiling and saying “Thank you” to an overworked bus driver. At Red Slice we believe in giving back whenever we can, so if you are a non-profit organization, we offer you discounted rates. Some of the charities we support include Doctors Without Borders, Red Cross, UNICEF, Oxfam, Habitat for Humanity and DonorsChoose.
