So this workshop’s all about sharpening your empathy edge and advantage as a high-performing leader so you can balance your people and high performance.

ON DAY ONE:

We’re debunking myths, reflecting on our leadership strengths and challenges, and boosting our empathy capacity in real-life work scenarios ON the call.

Then together we’ll make action plans, offer feedback, and even role-play to make sure it’s dialed in.

THEN ON DAY TWO:

I’m going to coach you on the Five Pillars of Effective AND Empathetic Leadership so you can better balance performance, people, and your own personal boundaries. We’ll talk tactics and specifics!

So by the end of this workshop, 
You’ll have confidence to lean into being a people-focused leader, actionable tactics to enhance your EQ and your team culture, AND a framework to stay balanced while empowering peak performance.

It’s going to be a practical leadership workshop,
And there’ll be very little – if any – hype or fluff on this workshop.
It’ll be mainly coaching – followed by interactivity, reflection, and actionable implementation strategies.
